Mizzen platform allows you to send the rate request to all carriers that can service the port pair, not just the carriers working directly with Mizzen today.

This feature:

  • Allows you to ask Mizzen partner lines and other lines for a rate in a single request, removing the need to switch back to your email

  • There is default email addresses for the non partner lines, however you can change to your own sales contact in each individual carrier, which will be remembered in your company account, so they are easily ticked for your future requests

  • If the non-Mizzen line responds to the email request then that response will go directly to your inbox
