In our continuous efforts to further improve our service for you, Hapag-Lloyd has provided a wide range of e-Commerce solutions for your booking and shipping instruction processes. The majority of Hapag-Lloyd customers in Australia and New Zealand are already enjoying the benefits of our e-Commerce solutions

We would like to inform you that with effect from January 1, 2019 Hapag Lloyd will implement a Manual Booking Fee for booking requests received non-electronically, as follows:

 USD 35 / Manual Booking - MBF

This Manual Booking Fee will not be charged for bookings submitted via any of the three below mentioned e-Booking channels:

 Online via our Hapag-Lloyd Web Booking Application (for registered Users)
 Bilateral EDI connection between ERP systems
 Integration with portals (INTTRA / GT Nexus / Cargosmart)


Booking requests received electronically will be exempted from this Manual Booking Fee implementation.
